Nazer Score for Wilson's Disease

The Nazer Score for Wilson's disease evaluates the following categories:

Category A: Hepatic Manifestations

• Acute hepatitis or hepatic failure
• Chronic active hepatitis or cirrhosis
• Hepatic steatosis

Category B: Neurological Manifestations

• Psychiatric disturbances
• Dysarthria or dysphasia
• Dystonia or tremor

Category C: Ocular Manifestations

• KF rings
• Corneal deposits

Category D: Renal and Other Manifestations

• Nephrocalcinosis or renal tubular acidosis
• Pancreatitis or arthritis
